Try to stay calm even in difficult situations. Look for the right contact for help. Call us, explain what happened, listen and don't hang up until your contact on the phone asks you to.

Do you require help from your international health insurance or your assistance provider?

Call the insurer’s 24-hour emergency number in case of urgent medical emergencies and to make use of assistance services.

Tell our service staff that you have AIDWORKER insurance cover and please ensure that you have the following information at hand:

  • name and date of birth of the patient;
  • name and phone number of the attending physician/treating hospital;
  • diagnosis/suspected diagnosis;
  • onset of the illness/date of accident;
  • contact data of the contact person on site.

With regard to cost coverage, we would like to ask you to always contact our emergency hotline first before starting comprehensive medical treatment.
