Tell our service staff that you have AIDWORKER insurance cover and please ensure that you have following information at hand:

• name and date of birth of the patient;
• name and phone number of the attending physician/treating hospital;
• diagnosis/suspected diagnosis;
• onset of the illness/date of accident;
• contact data of the contact person on site.

With regard to cost coverage, we would like to ask you to always contact our emergency hotline first before starting comprehensive medical treatment.
